Supplementary information: |
Following the Share Consolidation taking effect, every 10 issued and unissued existing shares of par value of HKD0.1 each were consolidated into 1 consolidated share of par value of HKD1.0 each, and the exercise price and the number of Shares to be issued upon exercise of the outstanding Share Options were adjusted.
