("Shares") held by NP United Holding Ltd, which is indirectly owned as to 51.78% by Apple Trust, declared on 2 September 2025 has taken effect on 9 September 2025, upon which 93,302,407 Shares and 28,964,868 Shares were distributed to ZY NP Ltd (owned by Apple Trust) and SP NP Ltd (owned by Rose Trust), respectively, and the remaining 57,929,736 Shares were distributed to other shareholders of NP United.
