Supplementary information: |
A distribution in specie of 1,801,970,108 shares in Haidilao International Holding Ltd. ("Shares") held by NP United Holding Ltd, which is indirectly owned as to 51.78% by Apple Trust, was declared on 2 September 2025. Upon the distribution being effected, 933,024,083 Shares and 289,648,675 Shares will be distributed to ZY NP Ltd (owned by Apple Trust) and SP NP Ltd (owned by Rose Trust), respectively, and the remaining 579,297,350 Shares will be distributed to other shareholders of NP United.
