A share charge agreement was entered into between Mr. Law Ming Yik and Hong Kong Yufengchang, a wholly owned Company of Mr. Wang Xinlong, pursuant to which 25,563,000 shares of the Company were charged in favour of Mr. Law as security for the Loan granted by Mr. Law to Mr. Wang. Following the occurrence of an event of default of the loan, Mr. Law had exercised his enforcement rights under the Share Charge Agreement on 6 August 2025, upon which the Charged Shares were transferred to Mr. Law.
