On June 19, 2025, the Company conditionally granted 6,000,000, 3,000,000 and 3,000,000 restricted H Shares to Mr. Cai Baogui, Mr. Hu Zhibin and Mr. Li Xinnong, respectively, under the H Share Restricted Share Scheme. Such conditional grants were subject to approval by the independent shareholders of the Company at the Company's extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") held on August 6, 2025, and the relevant resolution was duly passed at the EGM.
