Supplementary information: |
Upon completion of the placing of H Shares pursuant to the general mandate of the Company, an aggregate of 15,495,000 new H shares were issued. The percentage of shareholding in the total issued H shares of the Company held by Mr. SONG Yang, directly or indirectly through Lanchi Platform, Suzhou Hongchi, Suzhou Luchi and Zichi Platform, was diluted accordingly.
