Supplementary information: |
Mr Jiang had 100% interest in Agile Eagle which was deemed to be interested in 64,574,384 Shares held by Purple Crystal Holdings Limited. On 30 Jun 2025, Purple Crystal transferred the aforesaid 23,148,041 Shares to Agile Eagle. Meanwhile Agile Eagle ceased to be interested in Purple Crystal. Therefore, Mr Jiang & Agile Eagle are no longer interested in the remaining Shares held by Purple Crystal. This is a shareholding restructuring and the interest of Mr Jiang in the Company was unchanged.
