In box 27, the long position of 9,785,026 shares include 1,085,026 Awarded Shares granted to Dr. Lin under 2021 Share Award Scheme adopted by Frontage Holdings Corporation on January 22, 2021 (Hong Kong time). Dr. Lin was granted a total of 1,600,000 Awarded Shares, of which each of 400,000 Awarded Shares were vested to Dr. Lin on January 25, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 respectively, and he sold 293,993 shares and 220,981 shares on May 29, 2023 and January 26, 2024, respectively.
