Foreshore Holding Group Limited("Foreshore")持有上市公司61,219,437股普通股，Foreshore股份本由TMF Trust (HK) Limited ("TMF")作為The Moonlight Family Trust ("Moonlight")受託人全部間接持有，Moonlight酌情信託成立人為趙一弘先生。於2025年5月21日，TMF 作為Moonlight受託人，行使其酌情權將Foreshore 約99.99%股份的實益權益分配給楊愛英女士，同日楊愛英女士已指示TMF 作為Moonlight受託人將該等Foreshore約99.99%股份直接轉讓予Turtle and Snake Limited, 該實體由Green River Fiduciary Services, LLC作為受託人的酌情信托（"該酌情信托"）持有，有關轉讓同日完成。趙一弘先生是該酌情信托的酌情受益人，趙一弘先生根據證券及期貨條例第XV 部被視作在Foreshore持有的上市公司61,219,437股股份中擁有權益。
