(a). Share Consolidation of every ten Existing Shares in the share capital of the Company be consolidated into one Consolidated Share of HK$0.1 each, which has become effective on 12 September 2023; (b). On 3 March 2025, Li Jerry Y. and Zhu Minghui transferred an aggregate of 25% of the issued share capital of Sky Source International Investments Limited to two individuals holding 15% and 10% respectively, following the transfer, Sky Source is owned as to 37.5% by Mr. Li and 37.5% by Mr. Zhu.
