根據新特能源股份有限公司（「新特能源」）於2025年4月21日發佈公告終止員工持股計畫，新特能源執行董事張建新先生不再持有通過天津新特康榮企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥）（「新特康榮」）（其作為有限合夥人持有）而獲得的1,000,000股新特能源內資股股份，及因(1)為新特康榮的有限合夥人及持有新特康榮45.87%權益，而被視為擁有新特康榮持有的新特能源2,180,000股內資股股份；以及(2)為其他5家合夥企業（即天津新特同心企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥）、天津新特誠信企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥）、天津新特卓誠企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥）、天津新特綠能企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥）及天津新特創新企業管理合夥企業（有限合夥））的普通合夥人而被視為擁有該等合夥企業持有的新特能源合共13,775,000股內資股股份，並於2025年5月6日完成中國證券登記結算有限公司境外上市公司非境外上市股份非交易過戶註銷登記。
