Mr. Ding Huihuang is the settlor and a beneficiary of a trust, of which the trustee is TMF (Cayman) Ltd. (the "Trustee"). On 25 April 2025, Mr. Ding Huihuang transferred his shares in Ming Rong International Company Limited (which holds 327,624,454 ordinary shares in 361 Degrees International Limited) to the Trustee by way of gift; and the Trustee, by way of capital contribution, transferred its shares in Ming Rong International Company Limited to DHH Capital Limited.
