Supplementary information: |
On 10 April 2025, Ms. Mak Siu Hang, Viola ("Ms. Mak") transferred all the shares in VMS investment Group Limited ("VMSIG") to Mr. Chong Tin Lung Benny ("Mr. Chong"), for family arrangement purpose (the "Share Transfer"). After the Share Transfer, VMSIG is wholly-owned by Mr. Chong. Mr. Chong is deemed to be interested in all the shares of the Company held by VMSIG. And Ms. Mak is no longer holding VMSIG and ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company.
