Class of shares concerned is Class B ordinary shares. On 25 March 2025, Xiaomi Corporation ("Company"), Smart Mobile Holdings Limited (“Smart Mobile”) and the Managers (as defined in Company's announcement on 25 March 2025) entered into the Placing and Subscription Agreement, in which Smart Mobile agreed to transfer 800,000,000 Class B shares to the placees and subscribe for 800,000,000 new Class B shares from the Company.
