On 21/3/2025, the Company despatched Prospectus Documents in relation to the Rights Issue on the basis of 18 Rights Shares for every 10 Shares. The no. of issued Shares, as enlarged by the Rights Issue, is deemed to be increased from 4604894838 to 12893705532.
