Supplementary information: |
Dr. LEE Shau Kee passed away on 17 March 2025 and I will inherit certain shares in TDT1, TDT2 & TUT1. TDT1 & TDT2 (respective trustee of discretionary trusts DT1 & DT2) holds units in a unit trust (UT1) but is not entitled to any interest in UT1's trust assets. TUT1 in ordinary course of business as UT1's trustee holds HD's shares independently without any reference to TUT1's shareholder. I remain to be interested in Miramar's shares as 1 of discretionary beneficiaries of DT1 & DT2.
