Mr. Ruan is a party to an acting-in-concert arrangement set out in the prospectus of the Company dated February 4, 2025 and is deemed to be interested in the aggregate of 1,728,260,872 shares. Pursuant to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, an aggregate of 21,869,200 shares were issued by the Company at HK$9.94 per share, upon which the total number of shares issued increased from 2,356,316,660 shares to 2,378,185,860 shares on March 12, 2025.
