Supplementary information: |
Bonus Shares were issued and credited as fully paid in July 2019 on the basis of one Bonus Share for every five existing Shares then held by the shareholders of Yusei Holdings Limited. As such, the number of shares held by Mr. Xu was increased from 75,072,000 shares to 90,086,400 shares (as shown in Box 25 above) due to such issue of Bonus Shares. However, the percentage of shareholding held by Mr. Xu remain unchanged as 14.15% immediately before and after issue of Bonus Shares.
