On 14 January 2025, U-Home Group Investment Limited transferred 499,653,000 shares of the listed corporation to Zhongjia U-Home Investment Limited at nil consideration. As both of the aforesaid corporations are ultimately wholly owned by Zhou Xuzhou, the shareholding of Zhou Xuzhou in the listed corporation therefore remains unchanged.
