On 19 December 2024, a total entitlement of 35,200 ordinary shares in ASMPT Limited were allocated to Mr. Günter Walter Lauber. The vesting date is 30 April 2027. The vesting is contingent on the Group's financial performance for the three years ending 31 December 2024, 2025 and 2026.
