Supplementary information: |
For Boxes 24, 30 and 31, the executors ceased to have indirect interest of 212,603,520 shares in Public Bank Berhad ("PBB") arising from the disposal of the late Teh Hong Piow's entire direct and indirect holdings in LPI Capital Bhd to PBB at RM9.80 per share via a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 10 October 2024. Accordingly, the executors also ceased to have indirect interest of 7,690,960 shares in PBB through Lonpac Insurance Bhd, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LPI Capital Bhd.
