Capacity code: 2101 & 2401 Blackpaper Limited (“BL”) transferred 1687500 shares (“Shares”) of Most Kwai Chung Limited (“Co.”) to Leung Hoi Yui (“Leung”) on 25 January 2022. BL, Iu Kar Ho (“Iu”), Luk Ka Chun (“Luk”), Leung and 3 other individuals (collectively “Staff”) also entered into a deed of concert parties. Each Staff has undertaken to act in concert with BL, Iu and Luk as one party in casting votes on all matters of Co. so long as he/she remains interested in all or any of the Shares.
