On 30 October 2024, YU Dan exercised the options under the pre-IPO share option scheme of the Company and 13,581,400 shares were issued to her. Blossom Bliss Limited is wholly owned by Tianjin Huafang Feiteng Technology Center (L.P.), in which Tianjin Huafang Feiteng No.2 Technology Center (L.P.) ("Huafang No. 2"), as a limited partner, holds as to 51.8305% of the partnership interest. YU Dan is a limited partner of Huafang No.2 and holds 45.2191% of the partnership interest in Huafang No. 2.
