Supplementary information: |
Pursuant to the offshore debt restructuring scheme of arrangement of Sunac China Holdings Limited (“Sunac China”), 46,921 shares of Sunac Services Holdings Limited (“Sunac Services”) held by Sunac Services Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunac China, were transferred to Wang Lihong, one of the scheme creditors, in exchange for the release and discharge of the relevant creditor's claims.
