As disclosed in the announcement dated 30 September 2024 of the Company, Heng Sheng Capital Limited as the Vendor entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Mr. Ho Ying Choi, for the transaction of an aggregate of 626,071,950 Shares. Immediately after the completion, the loan was fully settled and the securities in relation to the loan are fully released and discharged.
