Supplementary information: |
54,438,120 Shares beneficially owned by the members of the Employee Shareholding Committee of Jiangsu Xingda Steel Tyre Cord Co., Ltd. had been transferred from previous trustee to Great Trade Limited as the new trustee at nil consideration through instrument of transfer dated 4 September 2024. Such transfer did not change the ultimate beneficial owners of the relevant shares. There were 2,675,000 shares awarded to Mr. Liu Xiang under the Share Award Scheme of the Company which remain unvested.
