On 20 September 2024, (i)Aspire Education Technology transferred the entire issued share capital of Sunnyland Ventures Limited, holding 108,294,012 shares of the Company, to; and (ii)Elm Pacific Holdings Limited, holding 522,727,625 shares, allotted 99% shareholding to, the Li Family Trust where Mr. Li is the settlor and has control over the exercise of voting rights relating to the investments of the trust fund. Mr. Li is deemed to be interested in the shares held by Sunnyland and Elm Pacific.
