Supplementary information: The relevant event was my exercise of 60,000 outstanding options granted to me under the 2016 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme of the listed corporation at the exercise price of US$0.8 per option, whereas each option carrying the right to subscribe for 10 shares following the share subdivision conducted by the listed corporation on 9 June 2021, thereby leading to allotment of 600,000 shares of the listed corporation to me at US$0.08 per share.
