Supplementary information: |
Class of shares concerned is Class B ordinary shares. A total of 139,601,700 shares previously repurchased in June and July 2024 are in the process of cancellation and will be completed in September 2024. Mu Rongjun, as a WVR beneficiary, converted 13,386,623 Class A shares into Class B shares for such cancellation on a one-to-one ratio on August 30, 2024 in accordance with Rule 8A.15 of the Listing Rules.
