On 28 June 2024, Ms. Lu Ying entered into an irrevocable undertaking in favor of Sky Virtue whereby she undertook to not exercise any share option held by her and shall procure Sincere Ardent to not dispose the Shares owned by it. The irrevocable undertaking provided by Ms. Lu Ying in favor of Sky Virtue has terminated upon close of the Offers on 23 August 2024 in accordance with the terms of the irrevocable undertaking.
