On 12 August 2024, 1,111,592, 1,067,360 and 1,060,358 restricted shares granted by the Company on 26 July 2021, 27 July 2022 and 10 August 2023 respectively pursuant to the restricted share award scheme (the "Scheme") adopted by the Company on 11 June 2014 (subsequently amended on 2 June 2016 and 20 March 2019) were vested to Mr. Cao Jian while an aggregate of 73,036 restricted shares granted on the above dates were treated as returned shares under the Scheme.
