In Box 24, L'Occitane Holding S.A. (LOH) has received valid acceptances to acquire 6,408,309 shares (between 29 and 31 July 2024) for HK$34 per share (or for 10 Rollover Shares per share) under the Share Offer. Of the 6,408,309 shares, 1,148,750 shares were accepted under the Share Offer by Mr. Geiger for sale at HK$34 per share in cash. 5,259,559 shares in Box 24 reflects the net increase of Mr. Geiger's interests.
