(LOH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of L'Occitane Groupe S.A. has received valid acceptances to acquire 1,270,500 shares (from 24 to 26 July 2024, both days inclusive) under the Share Offer for HK$34 per share (or 10 Rollover Shares per share), which became unconditional in all respects on 23 July 2024.
