After the collar transactions entered into by Mr Zhang and Mr Wei (as joint shareholders of Mr Li Yong) through Chalk Sky ("CS) and Chalk World ("CW") becoming effective, on 19 July 2024, the bank returned returned 7m Fenbi shares ("Shares") and 3m Shares to CS and CW respectively under the relevant CSAs (see Box 24-1312) and the size of the transactions were fixed at referencing 28m Shares for CS and 12m Shares for CW (see Box 24-1503, Boxes 25 and 26).
