On 19 June 2024, HG TEC Holdings Limited, a company which is owned as to 50% and 50% by Poon Soon Huat and Teo Teck Thye, respectively, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Alpine Treasure Limited, pursuant to which Alpine Treasure Limited conditionally agreed to purchase 360,000,000 shares of the Company from HG TEC Holdings Limited for a cash consideration of HK$100,000,000. The transaction was completed on 10 July 2024.
