Supplementary information: |
On 3 July 2024, the Scheme became effective and the Option Offer became unconditional. As a result, 1,100,00 shares held by Mr. Zhao personally were cancelled under the Scheme at a consideration of HK$18.8 per share and the share options and share awards held by Mr. Zhao were cancelled at the "see-through price" (being the difference between HK$18.8 and the exercise price of such options or awards). Please refer to the announcement jointly issued by the Offeror and the Company on 4 July 2024.
