On 28 June 2024, Tsang King Suen Katherine entered into a Promoter Earn-out and Lock-Up Agreement in relation to the grant of an earn-out right to Pride Vision Group Limited to receive 3,201,600 shares of the Company (subject to the conditions and certain adjustments) following closing of a business combination agreement (details of which are set out in the announcement of the Company dated 28 June 2024).
