On 26 June 2024, China OEPC Limited ("COL") executed confirmatory deeds in favour of China Huarong Macau (HK) Investment Holding Limited ("HR") and CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. ("CITIC") respectively to (i) confirm the existing charges over the convertible bonds ("CB") of HK$380,000,000 convertible into 1,727,272,727 shares remain in full force and effect; and (ii) create additional charges over the CB in favour of HR and CITIC. 91,361,894 shares were also charged by COL in favour of HR and CITIC.
