Supplementary information: 馬偉先生與方格31所列股東（統稱「一致行動人士」）已向安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司（「海螺水泥」）作出承諾，承諾他們在中國海螺環保控股有限公司（「海螺環保」）的股東大會上行使表決權時將會與海螺水泥採取一致行動。於有關事件的日期，一致行動人士之一周小川先生（「周先生」）向海螺水泥發送了一致行動關係解除告知函，自2024年6月19日起周先生向海螺水泥就行使海螺環保股份表決權與海螺水泥採取一致行動而簽署及作出的承諾函當中的所有責任及對海螺水泥的所有承諾將終止及全面解除，在海螺環保股東大會上就任何事項行使投票權時，周先生將根據其個人意願進行投票，不再與海螺水泥採取一致行動。根據《證券及期貨條例》，周先生終止為與海螺水泥一致行動的人士，其所持有的海螺環保股份被視為海螺水泥及相關一致行動人士在海螺環保持有的股份權益相應地減少。
