茲提述2024年5月31日萬物雲空間科技服務股份有限公司（「本公司」）關於調整員工持股平台架構的公告。 2024年5月31日，本公司境外員工持股平臺股權架構已完成調整，設立管理委員會管理員工持股平台，由朱保全先生生（本公司董事長、執行董事兼總經理）、向雲女士（本公司監事會主席）、吳劍俠先生及王玉峰先生組成。因此，朱保全先生於深圳市譽鷹投資管理有限公司控制的投票權從67%下降至25%，根據香港《證券及期貨條例》第XV部朱保全先生不再被視爲控制深圳市譽鷹投資管理有限公司。
