34. Supplementary information: Mr. Chen Wantian's spouse, Ms. Zhou Peizhen, is the sole shareholder of Rich Union Enterprises Limited ("Rich Union"). Ms. Zhou has declared that all shares in Rich Union are held in trust for the benefit of Mr. Chen.
