In November 2022, CareCapital Orthotech Limited ("CC") (indirectly controlled by Mr. Feng) entered into an equity collar and related transactions with Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. under which CC entered into certain call and put options (the "Options") referencing shares in Angelalign Technology Inc.. The relevant Options have been exercised and physically settled.
