On 16 May 2024, China Asia Group Inc. transferred a principal amount of HK$28,450,000 and HK$35,000,000 of the HK$353,360,000 3.6% convertible bond due 2029 issued by the listed corporation to Shen Jingshun Industrial (HK) Limited and Xuhong International Corporation, respectively.
