於2024年4月12日，山东安德利集團有限公司（“安德利集团”）所持有的上市法团股份4,005,858股A股流通股被司法扣劃至烟台霖安商貿有限公司（“霖安商貿”）證券帳戶。安德利集團已於2024年4月12日償還霖安商貿借款合同項下全部本金及利息，該司法扣劃系安德利集團清償債務後未能及時通知相關方終止執行所致。於2024年4月13日，安德利集團與霖安商貿簽署協議，霖安商貿同意於該協議簽訂之日起60日內配合安德利集團將標的股票無償劃回至安德利集團，並同意在標的股票劃回完成之前，將標的股票對應的表決權無條件委託安德利集團行使，標的股票的其他權益歸安德利集團所有。有關詳情，請參閱上市法团日期為2024年4月15日的公告。
