The exercise period of the share options is 10 years from the date of the conditional grant on 4 Sep 2023 which had not become effective until all the conditions of the grant had been fulfilled on 29 Nov 2023 when the whitewash waiver and the grant and exercise of the share options had been approved by the independent shareholders on 29 Nov 2023. On 11 Apr 2024, Mr. Wang exercised his share options which have been vested on 1 Apr 2024 upon satisfaction of the relevant vesting condition.
