Supplementary information: |
SPA is entered by Smart Lane Global Limited and Front Riches Investments Limited, both controlled corporations, on 11 April 2023 in relation to the sale of 448,000,000 and 99,184,000 ordinary shares of Zhonghua Gas Holdings Limited respectively and the SPA had been terminated on 28 March 2024 due to Purchaser fail to pay the balance of consideration. As a result of this termination, the respective shareholdings of the Sellers remain unchanged as if the SPA were never entered into.
