Supplementary information: |
There was a temporary transfer of all the issued shares of Surplus Assets Limited ("SAL") to Dr. Allan WONG as part of the restructuring of The Allan Wong 2011 Trust, a discretionary trust which owned the entire equity interest in SAL prior to the said restructuring. SAL indirectly owns 166,000,000 shares and 166,000,000 short positions in the shares of the listed corporation. Wendy WONG was deemed to be interested in those interests as one of the discretionary beneficiaries of the said trust.
