For Box 24: The board of directors of the Company was informed by Dr. Yang Lu, an executive director and chairman of the board, that 1,560,000 shares of the Company beneficially owned by him and placed in a securities trading account with margin facilities, representing approximately 1.78% of the total number of issued shares of the Company as at the date of this announcement, were sold on the market as a result of forced sale on March 7, 2024 due to failure in meeting the issued margin call.
