Supplementary information: On 1 March 2024, (i) the interest of Cayey (controlled corporation of Mr Song) in PUD decreased to 26.72% and Rosy Phoenix Limited ("Rosy")(100% owned by Ms Fu) obtained 26.72% interest in PUD; (ii) Mr Song’s interest in Sure Growth decreased to nil and Cayey obtained 44.44% interest in Sure Growth. Notwithstanding the above, Cayey & Rosy remain/are collectively interested in 53.44% of PUD and 66.66% of Sure Growth, and the total number of shares that Mr Song is interested in remains unchanged.
