The decrease is due to the transfer of shares from Dinova Healthcare Delta Fund (USD) L.P. to Dinova Venture Partners GP IV L.P. and other four individuals/entities through a distribution in kind as requested by limited partners of Dinova Healthcare Delta Fund (USD) L.P.. For Box 28: Mr. Zhenjun Zi has vested 2,160,000 RSU, which were granted to him pursuant to the RSU Scheme and have not been transferred to him as Broncus (2216.HK) has not received the payment of consideration from Mr. Zi.
